Digital transformational change within Business Marketing
I have lead a programme of change over the last 3 years at O2 UK, which has led to developing our digital capabilities on two new platforms, Salesforce.com and Eloqua (Marketing Automation). But the most important part of the journey has been the affect on the people, the culture and the processes which we use – something which I feel marketers should be aware of, if they are planning any sort of transformational change programmes. We are well on the way on this journey, which was recognised in the 2016 CIM Awards, where my team won the marketing team of the year award.
